Shipping Methods
UK - you have the choice at the checkout to select either:
- Royal Mail 1st Class - £1.95-£3.95 depending on product ordered
- Royal Mail 1st Class Record - £2.95-£4.95 depending on product ordered
We obtain proof of postage for all our 1st Class packages and all Recorded delivery parcels are tracked and insured.
Delivery time: aimed to be delivered in 1-3 working days from shipping confirmation.
Free UK postage on all orders over £100.
Europe - flat rate of £8
Sent via Royal Mail and is fully tracked and insured.
Delivery time: aimed to be delivered in 3-5 working days from shipping confirmation.
Free postage to Europe on all orders over £100
Rest of the World - flat rate of £10
Sent via Royal Mail and is fully tracked and insured. A customs fee may be due depending on the country you live in.
Delivery time: aimed to be delivered in 5-7 working days from shipping confirmation.

Returns
All our browbands and collars are lovingly handmade by ourselves to order and therefore cannot be returned for refund if for example you do not like the colours ordered or it doesn't fit. We are always happy to make example colour combinations for you to see if you are unsure of what you would like and our browband sizes and measurements are listed clearly for you.
The only items we will accept for return and refund or exchange are our stock pins and hair accessories. In cases of exchange, we ask for a contribution to cover the postage of the new product to you.
To return an item for refund or exchange:
- Please contact us at sales@bexsbrowbands.com to discuss your return first.
- Any item returned to us must be in the original packaging with any labels still fully attached, clean and unused.
- Items must be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within 14 days of shipment from us.
- Please include a note with your details on (name, address and email/mobile number)
